**Get Perfect Clean Dumpster Rental Services 2025**
1. Agreement to Terms**
By renting a dumpster from Get Perfect Clean, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Service Area**
Get Perfect Clean provides dumpster rental services within a 30-mile radius from Coral Springs, ZIP code 33065. Service availability may vary based on location, and we reserve the right to refuse service outside our designated area.
An additional charge will apply for rentals beyond the 30-mile radius.
3. Rental Period**
The standard rental period is **7 days**. Exclusions apply.Extensions may be granted upon request but may incur additional fees.
4. Pricing**
The pricing for dumpster rental is as follows:
**16-yard dumpster**: $385
**20-yard dumpster**: $485
These prices include one delivery and pickup within a 30-mile radius of Coral Springs and cover up to 1 ton of material, subject to variability in tipping fees at the closest landfill. Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods, overweight dumpsters, or prohibited items.A cost of empty and returned will be issued if the dumpster is full and need to be emptied range from $150 to $250.A dry fee is the amount charged if the driver
cannot deliver or pick up the dumpster at the scheduled date and time. The money goes to compensating the drivers for their time, fuel costs and manage any disruptions to the schedule.
A dry run fee usually varies between $75 to $150.
5. Payment Terms**
Payment is due at the time of reservation through accepted payment methods or Payment Due Upon Completion: Payment for services is due immediately upon completion unless a written agreement for extended terms (e.g., Net 30) is made.
Accepted Payment Methods: Get Perfect Clean accepts cash, check, credit card (+3% processing fee),, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, and Apple Pay.
Late Payments:
For Payments Due Upon Completion:
5 days late: A 5% late fee will be added to the total balance.
10 days late: A 10% late fee will be added to the total balance.
20 days late: A 20% late fee will be added to the total balance.
30 days late: A 30% late fee will be added to the total balance.
60 days past due: If payment is not received within 60 days of the due date, Get Perfect Clean reserves the right to file a civil claim to collect the outstanding balance. Any legal fees or court costs incurred in the collection process will be added to the unpaid balance. Get Perfect Clean reserves the right to refuse further services to clients with outstanding balances or repeated late payments.
For Net 30 Agreements:
For clients with an agreed Net 30 payment schedule:
Payments not received within 30 days of the due date will incur a 10% late fee.
Late fees will continue to accrue at 10% every 30 days thereafter.
90 days past due: If payment is not received within 90 days of the due date, Get Perfect Clean reserves the right to take legal action to collect the outstanding balance. All associated legal fees and court costs will be added to the total amount owed.
Termination of Services:
Get Perfect Clean reserves the right to terminate ongoing or future services for any client with balances exceeding the above timeframes or for clients with a history of late payments.
Cancellation Policy
Junk Removal Services:
Same-day cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled junk removal service will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the quoted service amount.
No-response policy: If the client is unresponsive or unavailable on the scheduled service day, resulting in the inability to complete the job, the same 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Dumpster Rental Services:
48-hour cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or service date will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Access restrictions: If the company arrives at the property and cannot access the site (e.g., gated access not provided or obstructions in the service area), a $150 fee will be charged.
Content Release
By using Get Perfect Clean’s services, the client grants permission to use photos, videos, or testimonials for advertising or training purposes. No personal information, such as names or addresses, will be disclosed. Clients may opt out by notifying the company in writing.
Exclusions and Limitations
Get Perfect Clean is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of dumpsters or pre-existing property conditions.
The client is responsible for any fines, fees, or penalties incurred due to the disposal of prohibited materials or violations of local regulations.
Additional fees may apply for extra trips, excess weight, or extended rental periods.
Damages and Disputes
Reporting damages: Any damages believed to be caused by the company must be reported within 3 days of service completion.
Resolution process: Get Perfect Clean will investigate and, if necessary, repair or compensate for damages caused by negligence.
Limitations: The company is not liable for damages resulting from unavoidable risks, such as weather or structural vulnerabilities.
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quote/estimate, scheduling services, or utilizing Get Perfect Clean’s junk removal and/or dumpster rental services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
The client further agrees:
To honor all payment terms, including late fees and legal actions outlined for non-payment.
To provide accurate and timely information necessary for the successful execution of services.
To release Get Perfect Clean from liability for damages resulting from pre-existing property conditions or actions outside the company’s control.
This agreement is legally binding and enforceable. By proceeding with services, the client affirms their consent to these terms and agrees to act in good faith to fulfill their obligations.

6. Delivery and Pickup**
Delivery and pickup times are estimated and may vary based on scheduling and availability. Clients must ensure access for delivery and pickup. Any obstacles that impede access may result in additional fees.
7. Acceptable Waste**
• Only the wastes specified in the rental agreement are allowed. Common acceptable materials include construction debris, household waste, and yard waste. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
• Hazardous materials (paints, chemicals, etc.)
• Asbestos- Appliances
• Batterie's- Tires-Electronics
8. Weight Limits**
Each dumpster has a specified weight limit. Overweight charges will apply if the waste exceeds this limit. Please inform us in advance if you believe your waste may exceed stated limits.
9. Client Responsibilities**
Clients are responsible for ensuring that no prohibited items are placed in the dumpster. Clients must also maintain a clear and safe area for dumpster placement.
10. Liability Waiver**
Get Perfect Clean is not liable for any damages to property or personal injury that occur during the rental period. Clients must assume all responsibility and liability.
11. Indemnity**
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Get Perfect Clean harmless from any claims resulting from the rental and use of the dumpster.
12. Compliance with Laws**
Clients must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding dumpster usage. Get Perfect Clean reserves the right to report any illegal dumping activities.

Get Perfect Clean reserves the right to terminate service at any time if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if illegal activities are suspected.
14. Amendments**
